PremiereTech LLC announces the acquisition of an Altamonte Springs, Florida Medical Software Company

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL July 16, 2004 -- PremiereTech LLC announced the recent acquisition of MedClaims RX, Inc., an Altamonte Springs, Florida based medical software company. The company currently processes medical claims for doctors using its own proprietary software. Adam Jones, the founder and software architect, will remain as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of the company and will guide its future software development.
